Alec Hartman’s work is noted for the human-like expressions of his animals and his ability to show the extraordinary beauty in everyday landscapes. No images are photoshopped. Alec, from East Vassalboro, Maine, died in the summer of 2019. His mother, Charlie, exhibits his work around the state. Prints and cards are available for sale with a portion of sales to benefit the library. There will be a reception and presentation by Charlie on October 5th. This exhibit will be available through the end of October.
